We are located in the Muskegon, MI area and host house parties about once a month. Our home has 3 bedrooms for private play and one large playroom with 2 beds and couches for more public fun. We provide a clean, fun, no pressure atmosphere so everyone can enjoy themselves. We love meeting new people and hope to meet you soon!

House Rules ​

1. No means NO!

 

2. Always ask first.

 

3. No drugs! IF you feel you need to, please do it somewhere else. This is not negotiable.

 

4. No drunks. Alcohol consumption is fine, but moderation is necessary so everyone can enjoy themselves.

 

5. No drama- please leave it at home. Anything that happens at the party, stays at the party. Ask before taking any kind of picture. If there is an issue, bring it to the hosts immediately.

 

6. Bring a snack for the table. Everyone needs plenty of energy.

 

7. BYOB- soda, beer, liquor, etc.

 

8. Bring a towel for the hot tub. No clothing is allowed in the hot tub, not even swimsuits.

 

9. Private rooms are just that, PRIVATE! If the door is closed, knock before entering. If you use a private room, please limit your time reasonably so that others may use the room, if desired.

 

10. If you sign up for a party and are unable to attend, please let us know so we know how many guests to plan on. 

Tips ​

  for a good time



1. Be respectful of everyone. Each person has their own rules, so feel them out before you feel them up. 

 

2. If you are asked to play, but aren't interested, a simple "no thank you" will suffice. By saying "not right now," you're saying that you ARE interested- at a later time. 

 

3. Please clean up after yourself. There's nothing that kills the mood more than a sopping wet bed or stepping on used condoms!

 

4. Bring your own supplies. We try to have pads for the squirters to use, wipes, lube, and condoms, but sometimes our supply runs out. The best way to ensure the items that you need are available is to bring them. (We gladly accept donations of these items.)

 

5. Come with an open mind. No one is required or pressured to play! Our parties tend to attract the BBW crowd. If that doesn't interest you, then our parties are probably not for you.
